🔁 Auto Reminders

Automatically send WhatsApp / email reminders to clients with an outstanding balance, on a repeating schedule — every few seconds for a quick test, or every few days for real use.
Stopped
Any client with an outstanding balance greater than ₹0 and a WhatsApp number / email on file, not already reminded within this interval. Clients missing that contact detail are skipped automatically — auto mode never interrupts you with a prompt.
⚠️ If no backend is configured in Settings → Direct sending, WhatsApp reminders open via WhatsApp Web and email reminders via your default mail app — browsers can block a WhatsApp pop-up that isn't triggered by a click, so allow pop-ups for this page once if needed. Every reminder after the first reuses that same WhatsApp Web tab (it just switches to the next chat) — no browser lets a page attach to a tab you opened yourself beforehand, so if one is already open, close it before your first reminder. With a backend configured, none of this applies — reminders send directly with no window opening at all.
This scheduler runs only while this dashboard stays open in your browser tab — it is not a server-side background service, so it pauses if the tab or computer sleeps.

Per-client schedule

Every client follows the shared schedule above by default. Search for a client here to give them their own cadence instead — one client every 2 days, another every 30 seconds, another switched off entirely — independent of everyone else.
